Depending on your selected shipping method:

French Post (Colissimo) orders are shipped in general between 48/72h after confirmation.

Mondial Relay parcels are shipped on Mondays only!

The average delivery time depends on your localisation. For France please count about 2-5 working days, for Europe in general between 5-8 working days and for the rest of the world between 8-15 working days. This is an average and again, can depend on location. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs, Covid 19 delays and postal delivery failures.

Address: Please carefully check your address before confirming the address step. If you made a mistake in the delivery address, please contact me within 1h hours maximum after placing the order.

Parcel and Packaging: I strive to make the most of the packaging provided to me by small local businesses. With this in mind, I mainly use cardboard and paper so you can recycle most of the packaging. And the packing peanuts are made from biodegradable cornstarch that dissolves in water or are compostable. Exceptionally for shipping small items, I sometimes use plastic bubble envelopes, as they offer superior protection. I make sure of course that each piece is protected for safe transport until its new home.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your shopping cart depending on the added products and chosen country. Shipping costs are determined by whether you are: in France, inside the European Union or the rest of the world. If your country is not listed, please contact me and I will provide an estimate of the shipping costs. 

Mondial Relay in France, Belgium and Luxembourg costs 3,99€, shipping is free above 69€.

Mondial Relay in The Netherlands, Spain and Portugal from 6,50€.

Colissimo within France prices from 4,99€ and Europe prices from 17,50€.

Click & Collect: There is a free pick up option at the check out, if you choose this option you can collect the order in Saint Vincent Bragny on appointment.
